Lisnato tijesto razvaljati na debljinu od pola cm, pa ga sijeci na trake od 2 cm.
Virsle tj. hrenovke predhodno kratko prokuhati.
Jednu traku uzeti i uviti je oko hrenovke.
Premazati tijesto umucenim zumancem, posuti susamom i peci na 180 C dok ne porumeni.
