Oni su, po optužnici, zajedno s pripadnicima Interventnog voda 177. Vojno-teritorijalnog odreda protiv kojih je u toku glavni pretres u predmetu “Ćuška”, ubili najmanje 46 civila, a 11 je teško povrijedjeno.
